  • When can I move in?

    You may move into your Georgetown self storage unit during business hours or may arrange to move in after hours if needed. Our after hours move in option is the best self storage Georgetown offers.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    Our rental contracts are on a month-to-month basis. A 10-day notice prior to vacating your unit is required. When moving out, please remove your lock and take it with you.Locked units will continue to pay rent.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    Our contracts are on a month-to-month basis and require no long-term commitments.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No. Your personalized gate code will allow you access to your unit during normal gate access hours.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, make a payment through our website, or call us with your credit card information. The best method of payment is to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card account monthly.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    Checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Gold, silver, diamonds, and baseball cards.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    No, but we can direct you to a supplier in Georgetown.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Space Estimator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    The safe storage Georgetown requires includes: Liquids, explosives, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
